LLC DGR 2026 builds and develops mobile applications, web applications, websites and digital platforms. This website is an informational resource about the company and its products.
We reserve the right to change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Where reasonably possible we will give notice of material changes in advance.
Some features require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password confidential.
You may delete your account at any time directly from within the application.
When using the service, the following is prohibited:
Some applications let you publish content — for example ride descriptions, stories or photographs. That content remains yours.
By publishing content you grant us a non-exclusive right to store it and display it within the application, to the extent technically necessary to operate the service. That right ends as soon as the content or the account is deleted.
You are responsible for what you publish. We reserve the right to remove content that breaches these terms or the law.
Rights in the website, the applications, their code, design, logo and content belong to LLC DGR 2026 or to the respective rights holder.
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the application for its intended purpose. Copying, decompiling the code or creating derivative products is prohibited, except where permitted by law.
Our applications are distributed through the App Store and Google Play. These terms form an agreement between you and LLC DGR 2026 only — Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not parties to it.
LLC DGR 2026, and not the store operator, is responsible for any claim relating to the application, including technical support and product conformity. Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and are entitled to enforce them against you.
When using the application you must also comply with the terms of service of the relevant store.
The service is provided "as is". We aim to keep it running continuously and without faults, but we do not warrant that it will always be available or free of defects.
Material in the fitness application is general information and is not medical advice. Consult a physician before beginning any physical activity.
Routes and records in the motorcycle application are informational. Responsibility for road safety and compliance with traffic rules rests solely with the rider.
To the extent permitted by law, LLC DGR 2026 is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damage, including lost profit and lost data, arising from use of the service.
This limitation does not apply to damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, nor to liability that may not be limited by law.
We may restrict or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms. Where possible we will notify you first and give you an opportunity to remedy the breach.
You may stop using the service at any time by deleting your account.
These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. Disputes that cannot be settled by negotiation are subject to the courts of Georgia.
These terms may be updated. The update date is shown on this page. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
