Account deletion
In every LLC DGR 2026 application you can delete your account directly from within the app, without contacting us.
Deleting from the app
This is the primary and fastest route. It works the same way in both the fitness app and the motorcycle app.
- Open the app and sign in to your account.
- Go to the "Profile" section.
- Select "Settings".
- Select "Delete account".
- Confirm — the app asks once more whether you really want to delete.
Deleting by email
If you have lost access to the app — for example you can no longer sign in — you can send the request by email.
- Write to privacy@dgr.ge from the email address the account was registered with.
- Put "Account deletion" in the subject and name the application.
- We verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 calendar days.
What is deleted and what remains
Permanently deleted
- Account data — email address, name, password hash
- Profile and profile photo
- In the fitness app — your full workout history and progress
- In the motorcycle app — your rides, published stories and motorcycle service records
- Device-related identifiers
Retained temporarily or on a legal basis
- Technical logs that contain no directly identifying data — for no more than 12 months
- Records the law requires us to keep — for the period set by law
- Backups, which rotate automatically and are erased within 30 days
Timeline
When you delete from the app the account is deactivated immediately. Data is fully erased from our systems and backups within no more than 30 calendar days.
Important
Account deletion is irreversible. Deleted data cannot be restored — including workout history and ride records. If you want to keep your history, write to us before deleting and we will provide a copy of your data.
