Privacy Policy

The data controller is LLC DGR 2026, registered in Georgia. We process personal data on this website (dgr.ge) and in the mobile applications we publish.

dgr.ge requires no registration and uses no advertising or tracking cookies. We do not profile visitors.

For technical purposes the web server keeps a standard request log (IP address, browser type, time and path of the request). These records are needed for security and correct operation and are kept for a limited period.

If you email us, we process the information you send solely in order to reply to your message.

Our applications require an account so that your data persists across your devices. Depending on the application, we process the following categories:

• Account data — email address, name or username, and a cryptographic hash of your password.
• Profile data — information you choose to provide, such as a profile photo.
• Application content — in the fitness app: your history of completed workouts and progress. In the motorcycle app: planned and completed rides, stories you publish and your motorcycle service records.
• Technical data — device type, operating system version and application version, used to diagnose faults.

We do not collect precise location in the background. Where an application needs location, it is requested only while performing a specific function and only with your permission, which you can withdraw at any time in your device settings.

• To deliver the service — creating your account, signing you in and storing your content.
• To maintain quality — detecting faults and keeping the application working correctly.
• For security — preventing unauthorised access and abuse.
• For communication — responding to your requests and sending essential service notices.
• For legal obligations — meeting requirements imposed by law.

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising.

We share personal data only with service providers necessary to operate the service — for example hosting and database infrastructure. Such providers act on our instructions and are obliged to protect the data.

Data may be disclosed on the lawful request of a competent authority, in the manner prescribed by Georgian legislation.

In the motorcycle app, stories and rides you publish are visible to other users of the application — that sharing results from your own action and remains under your control.

We keep account data for as long as your account is active. After you delete your account, your personal data is erased within 30 calendar days, except where law requires longer retention.

Technical logs are kept for no more than 12 months, after which they are deleted or anonymised automatically.

Under the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection you have the right to:

• be informed what data we hold about you;
• request correction or updating of inaccurate data;
• request erasure of your data or that processing be stopped;
• receive a copy of your data in a machine-readable format;
• lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Service.

To exercise a right, write to privacy@dgr.ge. We will respond within the period set by law.

Our applications let you delete your account directly from within the app, with no need to contact us first. Step-by-step instructions are on the account deletion page.

Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS). Passwords are stored only as one-way hashes. Access to servers and databases is restricted and logged.

No system is absolutely secure, but we apply industry-accepted measures to reduce risk and to respond to security incidents.

Our services are not directed at persons under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If we learn that such data has been collected, it is deleted without delay.

Data may be processed on servers located outside Georgia where our hosting provider uses such infrastructure. In that case we ensure an adequate level of protection in accordance with applicable law.

If this policy is updated, the update date shown on this page will change. Users are notified of material changes in the application or by email.
